Pricing
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, I have under-priced an item, I will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that I notify you before I dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
The price of the items includes the standard delivery charge to mainland UK.
I do not charge extra for standard delivery.
Stock Availablility
All items listed on the website are stock items unless otherwise clearly stated in the item description. There may be occasions when the last remaining stock of a product is purchased and subsequently ordered online before I can update the stock file. Under these exceptional circumstances I will contact you and advise on the expected restocking time. Only after receiving your authorisation will I continue with your order. Where a product is subject to delayed delivery, this will be clearly stated in the item description.
If for any reason beyond your control, I am unable to supply a particular product, I will notify you as soon as possible. I do not knowingly list items that will be unavailable for extended periods of time.
Delivery
Orders received through the online store will be delivered only to addresses in mainland UK (England, Wales, Scotland). I do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

I aim to have your online order processed, despatched and delivered within 2-3 working days max.
All items need to be signed for on delivery
A majority of orders are delivered on the required delivery date when specified; however delivery on any particular date is not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected if there are unforeseen circumstances.
If your courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the Products, the courier will retain the Products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery (please do not contact your Customer Services to arrange re-delivery). Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific time.
The courier will only attempt to deliver the Products twice, after which a further delivery charge may become payable. The products will be returned to your warehouse if they have not been collected from the courier.
Returns Policy
Faulty goods can only be returned and refunded if I am notified of the fault within 7 days of receipt. I require faulty products to be returned to me and will arrange this as necessary. I will provide a full refund of any products found to be faulty.
Please note that I do not offer an exchange or credit policy with on-line purchases, unless the goods are found to be faulty. Please make sure everything is correct before finalising your purchase.
Claims for Breakages or Goods Damaged on Arrival
Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. I will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. I must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 7 days of delivery.

All payments through this site are processed by Paypal; please refer to their terms and conditions.
I endeavour to advertise all your products accurately. However I cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided on your website about Products, such as photographs, images and descriptions of the Products.
Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy and Security
I respect your right to privacy and I understand that visitors to your website need to be in control of their personal information. The following explains your use of information collected on this website.
I do not and will not sell mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals.
The site uses the IP (Internet Provider) address of all visitors to gather general demographic information e.g. the Country of a visitor etc. This does not identify you personally nor will I attempt to do so.
The site uses cookies and session variables to assist you in filling in forms on this site and to enable to shopping cart to function. The site may cease to function if you turn off cookies.
Registering for the Mailing List requires users to submit their name and a valid email address, in addition to other voluntary items. This is used to send out your newsletter and occasional mailings to interested parties. These may include product updates, event information, updates to the website and other drum related items which I feel would interest your subscribers.
Members may opt out of the mailing list during registration or at any time afterward. Occasionally I may contact members who have opted out of the mailing list. This will only happen in very exceptional circumstances, for example to notify of fundamental changes to the site or my business operation.
